Seit 19. Juli ist Chinese Lace (Entwurf von Angela Hahn) fertig, aber es gibt noch keine Fotos "am lebenden Objekt".

Insgesamt bin ich fast zufrieden. Ich stricke sehr ungern mit "unwolligen" Garnen, wegen der mangelnden Elastizität - es ist immer Stress pur für die Finger. Gegen die fertigen Projekte aus baumwolligen Garnen habe ich gar nichts einzuwenden.

Den Ausschnitt wurde dreimal aufgetrennt, bis er halbwegs den Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Mit verkürzten Reihen habe ich den hinteren Ausschnitt etwas angehoben. Nachdem das Garn nicht fein genug für einen Sommerpullover ist (eher für Übergangszeiten, oder mit Shirt drunter), wollte ich keinen großen Ausschnitt.

I’ve been swatching for this last summer. My gauge is a little off, but not by much. And I’ve been very good and wet blocked my swatch - makes a big difference with this yarn.
Started the sleeve as I did with the Tangled Yoke Cardigan.
Planned to do the sweater completely in the round and join the sleeves while knitting the raglan yoke - I’m not too crazy about sewing sweater pieces together….

July 19: finally finished - I changed the neckline after ripping three times, added short rows to raise the back and put a little bit of ribbing around to avoid a widely gaping neck opening - now it is soaking - modeled pictures will follow when my photographer comes home :)

July 20.: drying now - the dark line across is the shadow of the clothes line above.
